God has blessed each of us with gifts that help us reach out, build the Church, and be released to the ends of the earth. Whether it’s offering a warm welcome to a visitor as a part of the hospitality team, serving with the toddlers in our nursery team, or assisting on our worship team, it all matters.
At LCGS, it’s our desire to see every individual serving the body in some capacity or another.
This allows us to use the gifts and talents to bless others, we imitate Jesus who “came not to be served but to serve”, and we build relationships with others in our church body. Get plugged in by filling out the form below.
Our Hospitality team serves to foster a welcoming environment, introducing our DNA, and connecting individuals to the church family.
The Prayer Team exists to actively encourage and promote a lifestyle of prayer and dependency on God throughout the church.
Our Children’s Ministry recognizes the value of LCGS’s children, and seeks to demonstrate the love of Jesus by helping them grow spiritually and explore issues of faith in a fun, engaging, and safe context.
LCGS Nursery seeks to provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the toddlers and infants of the church.
LCGS’s Communication Team conveys the vision and goals of the church through creative print, electronic, and social media forms.
Our Video Team ensures the seamless integration of audio technologies, lighting, video, and graphical presentations to enhance the outreach and commission of LCGS to the world.
Our Audio Team strives to create clear audio output so listeners may hear and focus on the gospel during worship and preaching.
LCGS’ Worship Team exists to develop quality worshipers, who will in turn help us to produce quality worship services.
The teens ministry at LCGS exists to: meet the youth of today where they are; show them the love of Jesus; disciple the youth into mature Christians and develop capable Christian leaders.
Sunday Servant Team prepares a space where the community can encounter and worship God with as few physical distractions as possible. This team will help make sure that connect cards are in seats, communion is ready, the sanctuary is clean, greet people as they come into the building, and bulletins are handed out.
